How to Manage Your Staff Easily with Tracepos

What is Staff Management in Tracepos?
Staff Management lets you control who can use your Tracepos account. You can:

Add new staff

Edit staff details

Remove staff

Import staff in bulk

Search and filter your staff list

Track staff activity
It helps you manage your team better and keep your business secure.
How to Access the Staff Page

Log into your Tracepos account
-
From the dashboard, click Staff Members
This opens the full staff list.
What You Can Do
1. View All Staff Members
You will see a table with:

Name
-
Email
-
Phone Number
-
Role (Admin, Manager, etc.)
-
Status (Active or Inactive)
-
Date added
This gives you a full view of everyone using your system.
2. Add a New Staff Member
To add someone:

Click the + Add button
-
Enter their name, email, phone, role, and status

Click Save
They will now appear in the staff list.
Note: You must have permission to add staff.
3. Edit Staff Details
Want to update a phone number or change a role?

Click Edit beside the staff name
-
Update the details in the form
-
Click Save
4. Delete Staff (Single or Bulk)
If someone no longer works with you:
To delete one person:

Click Delete next to their name

Confirm the action
To delete many at once:

Tick the checkboxes beside their names

Click Delete Selected

Confirm
5. Import Staff in Bulk
Got many staff to add? Use the import option.

Click Import Staff Members

Download the sample file

Fill in your staff info using the format

Upload the file

Click Import

6. Search and Filter Staff
You can easily find staff by:

Typing in the search bar (Name, Email, etc.)

Filtering by status (Active or Inactive)

7. View Staff Details and Transactions
To check what a staff member has been doing:

Click View to see full staff info

Click Transactions to see their sales or activities
