Tracepos offers two main methods to track stock effectively in your inventory system. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate and use these features.
1. Tracking Stock via the Inventory Report
Steps to Access the Inventory Report
- Navigate to the Reports menu.
- On the Reports page, select the Inventory Report tab.
- Choose the Stock History option.
Using the Stock History Report
In the Stock History report, you can:
- Search by Product Name: Use the search box to locate a specific product.
- Filter by Category: Narrow down the results by selecting a category.
- Filter by Date: View stock details for a specific time range.
Understanding the Stock History Table
The Stock History table provides comprehensive details about stock movements and balances. Below is a description of the table's columns with sample data for clarity:

- Select the Products submenu.
- On the Products page:

- Click the product name or the View button.
