Steps to Remove Expired Products in Tracepos

Access the Stock Adjustment Module
- Log in to your Tracepos account.
- Navigate to the Stock Adjustment section from the main menu.

Enter Expired Product Quantity
- Input the quantity of expired products that need removal.

Select Adjustment Type
- Set the Adjustment Type to Subtract to indicate product removal.

Choose Adjustment Reason

Under Adjustment Reason, search and select Expired to categorize the adjustment correctly.

If Expired is selected as the Adjustment Reason, the following options will be visible:
- Select Expiry Date: Pick the correct Expiry Date of the expired product from the available list.
- Select Batch / LOT Number: Identify and select the corresponding Batch / LOT Number of the expired product for accurate tracking.

Add Notes (Optional)
- Optionally, add a note for reference, such as reasons for adjustment or other relevant details.

Confirm and Submit Adjustment
- Click the Create button to finalize and update the stock records in Tracepos.
Outcome
Upon submission, the expired product will be successfully removed from Tracepos, ensuring accurate inventory management and compliance with stock control best practices.
