How to Use the Online Orders Page in Tracepos
If you sell through your online store, the Online Orders feature in Tracepos helps you track and manage all customer orders in one place.
Here’s how to use it.
How to Open the Online Orders Page

Go to Stock Management on your dashboard

Click on Online Orders
You’ll now see a table showing all orders placed on your online store.
What You Can Do on the Online Orders Page
1. View All Orders
The table shows:

Order Status (Pending, Delivered, Cancelled)
-
Invoice Number
-
Customer Name
-
Order Date
-
Total Amount
2. Search and Filter Orders
You can find orders faster using these tools:

Search by Invoice Number
-
Filter by User (who placed the order)
-
Filter by Date Range (e.g. today, this week)
-
Filter by Status
-
All
-
Pending
-
Delivered
-
Cancelled
-
3. View the Online Store
You can check the live store linked to a warehouse:

The store link shows in a box
-
Click View to open it in a new tab
-
If you have many warehouses, pick one to see its store
4. Manage Orders
You can:

View full order details
-
Update order status
-
Export the order data (if allowed by your role)

Make sure the warehouse has a store linked -

Try using full invoice numbers or the exact customer name
