WooCommerce Orders in Tracepos

The WooCommerce Orders feature in Tracepos allows users to manage and track orders synced from their WooCommerce store. This guide explains how to use the feature to view, filter, and manage WooCommerce orders effectively.

 

Accessing the WooCommerce Orders Page

  1. Navigate to the Online Orders section in the Tracepos dashboard.
  2. Select WooCommerce Orders from the menu.

 

Features Overview

1. Viewing WooCommerce Orders

  • The WooCommerce Orders table displays a list of all orders synced from the WooCommerce store.
  • Key details include:
    • Order Status: The current status of the order (e.g., Pending, Delivered, Cancelled).
    • Invoice Number: The unique identifier for the order.
    • Customer Name: The name of the customer who placed the order.
    • Order Date: The date the order was placed.
    • Total Amount: The total amount for the order.

 

2. Filtering and Searching Orders

  1. Search by Invoice Number:
  • Use the search bar to search for orders by their invoice number.
Filter by User:
  • Use the dropdown menu to filter orders by the user who placed them.
Filter by Date Range:
  • Use the Date Range Picker to filter orders placed within a specific date range.
Filter by Order Status:
  • Use the tabs at the top of the table to filter orders by their status:
    • All: Displays all orders.
    • Pending: Displays orders awaiting processing.
    • Delivered: Displays orders that have been delivered.
    • Cancelled: Displays orders that have been cancelled.
    • WooCommerce Orders: Displays orders synced from WooCommerce.
    • Sync Products: Displays the product synchronization interface.

  • Order Table:
    • The table provides a detailed view of all WooCommerce orders, including their status, customer details, and total amount.
  • Order Actions:
    • Depending on your permissions, you can perform actions such as viewing order details, updating order status, or exporting order data.

 

4. Syncing WooCommerce Products

  1. Access Sync Products:
  • Select the Sync Products tab to open the product synchronization interface.
Sync Products:
  • Use the Sync WooCommerce component to synchronize products between Tracepos and WooCommerce.

5. Viewing the WooCommerce Store

  1. Store URL:
  • The Online Store URL section displays the URL of the WooCommerce store associated with the selected warehouse.
View Store:
  • Click the View button to open the WooCommerce store in a new tab.
Change Warehouse:
  • If multiple warehouses are available, select a different warehouse to update the store URL.

  • No Orders Displayed:
    • Ensure the selected filters match the available data.

    • Verify that the selected warehouse has an associated WooCommerce store.
  • Search Not Returning Results:
    • Ensure the search term matches the invoice number or customer name.
  • Sync Issues:
    • Ensure the WooCommerce API credentials are correctly configured in the system settings.
