How to Sync Products from Tracepos to WooCommerce

The WooCommerce Sync Process feature in Tracepos allows users to synchronize product categories, products, and updates between Tracepos and WooCommerce. This guide explains the step-by-step process to sync data effectively.

Accessing the WooCommerce Sync Process

1. Navigate to the WooCommerce Orders section under Online Orders in the Tracepos dashboard.
2. Select the Sync Products tab to open the WooCommerce Sync Process interface.

Steps to Sync WooCommerce Data

The sync process is divided into four steps:

Step 1: Sync Categories

1. Purpose:

• Sync all product categories from Tracepos to WooCommerce.

• Click the Sync Category button.

• A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to proceed.

• Categories will be synced, and a success notification will appear if the process is successful.

• Click the Next button to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Sync Products

1. Purpose:

• Sync all products from Tracepos to WooCommerce.

• Click the Sync Products button.

• A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to proceed.

Step 4: Update Products
