Can Tracepos Upload Product Images to WooCommerce Automatically?
Right now, Tracepos does not upload product images to your WooCommerce store during product sync. You will need to upload your product images manually from your WooCommerce dashboard after the products are created.
Why Tracepos Doesn't Upload Product Images Automatically
There are a few good reasons:
1. You Control the Quality
Uploading images directly from WooCommerce gives you better control over how your product looks. You can upload high-quality, well-cropped images that match your store style.
2. Faster Product Sync
When syncing many products, image uploads can slow things down. By leaving images out, Tracepos syncs your products faster and avoids errors from large files.
3. Easy to Fix or Update
If there's an issue with an image, you can quickly fix it in WooCommerce. You don’t have to re-upload from Tracepos.
4. Not All Products Have Images in Tracepos
Some businesses don’t store product images in Tracepos. Forcing image upload from Tracepos may break or delay the sync for those users.
How to Add Images After Sync

Log in to your WooCommerce Admin

Go to Products > click the product name

Scroll to the Product Image section

Upload or select an image from your Media Library

Click Update
That’s it. The image is now live on your store.
Can You Add Image Upload Later in Tracepos?
Yes. If many users request it, we may add an optional image upload feature during product sync. But for now, we recommend keeping it simple and using WooCommerce to manage your images.
Need Help?
If your products were synced successfully but have no image, this is not an error. Just upload the image manually from WooCommerce.
